If you receive a bill for import tax and you placed your order in 2021, unfortunately we can not be held responsible for these costs however, here's the good news!
We are currently in the process of moving our warehouse to The Netherlands so these charges will no longer occur for EU customers, we really appreciate your patience and understanding with us during these testing times.
