DPD and Royal Mail continue to offer limited services. We expect this pause to last until at least January 13th for DPD with a date not yet determined for Royal Mail. These issues are a direct result of Brexit and the number of packages that are not able to process overwhelming their networks.
Due to an increase in orders over the holiday period, packages are being shipped out later than usual. Unfortunately, COVID restrictions mean we can't get your orders out as fast as normal but we are doing this as quickly as we can whilst keeping everyone safe, thank you for your understanding.
Shipping couriers are experiencing the same issues and orders are taking longer to reach their destination than may be expected.
