EU Withdrawal Policy

This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies only to consumers residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and any other jurisdictions where similar statutory withdrawal rights apply.

1. Your Right to Withdraw

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after:

- For physical goods: the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

- For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately: the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

- For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: the date the contract is concluded, unless an exception described below applies.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

You may do so by contacting wi us or using this form

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a purchase covered by this policy, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn products, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving a valid withdrawal request, subject to the conditions above.

4. Returning Physical Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise stated by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

Custom or Personalized Products

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized products.

Sealed Goods

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Digital Content

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where:

- Performance has begun with your prior express consent; and

- You acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or access begins.

Examples may include downloadable music, digital albums, digital files, memberships, digital products, or other downloadable content made available immediately after purchase.

Services Already Performed

Services that have been fully performed where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that your withdrawal right would be lost upon full performance.

6. Partial Returns and Bundled Purchases

Where products are sold as part of a bundle, collection, promotion, or discounted package, withdrawal rights may apply only to the products eligible under applicable law. Any refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of retained items where permitted by law.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
